1. The Tarrago Brands International company domiciled in: Carrer Narcís Monturiol, 18 (P.I. Bufalvent) 08243 Manresa – (Barcelona) Spain, CIF: ESB64002512 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 31010 Folio 13 Sheet B, organizes for promotions the draw at European level, to be developed through the internet, exclusively for users residing in the European Union.
2. The promotion will begin on Friday, December 14, 2018 and end on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.
3. The participation requirements will be the following:
– Those people residing within the European Union can participate.
– Only participants who meet the following requirements can participate.

b. Follow the account @tarragosneakerscare
c. Mention in the comments of the publication two (2) instagram’s accounts.
4. A winner will be chosen through a raffle and the Social Gest platform randomly, on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.
5. The winner will receive as a prize: one (1) Tarrago Sneakers Kit “Clean & Protect” TNV01
6. Limitations:
– If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights over the prizes awarded in virtue of this Promotion.
– The prize awarded will not be transferable or susceptible to changes, alterations or compensations at the request of the Participants, not being able to be exchanged for any other product or for money.
– A period of THREE calendar days is established from the date of awarding the prize, to make any motivated claim.
7. Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Neither will be allowed comments against a private party that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotion, and at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
8. Disclaimer:
– By way of example, but not limiting, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant of the prize that you obtain from this Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any damage or prejudice of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.
– We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could impede the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be made, either by fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Tarrago Brands International and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.
9. Promotion on Instagram: The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram, so the Participants release Instagram from all responsibility for any damages arising from it.
10. Protection of Personal Data:
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in Regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, each Participant, with the acceptance of these Legal Bases, agrees that the personal data provided for participation in this contest are included in a file owned by Tarrago Brands International, for process the participation in the contest and to communicate the prize in case it is Winner.

The Participants guarantee that the personal data provided are true and are responsible for communicating to Tarrago Brands International, any modification of them. Tarrago Brands International reserves the right to exclude from the present promotion any Participant who has provided false information. It is recommended to have the utmost diligence in terms of Data Protection through the use of security tools, not being able to hold Tarrago Brands International responsible for theft, modification or loss of illegal data.
The Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) oppose the processing of their data and (v) request their portability. 11. Changes: We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not prejudice or impair the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
12. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction: These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. They will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these bases by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
